Managing all aspects of finance, accounting, legal as well as operations, Karen Cambray is an integral member of the Zeemote team as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. With over twenty years of executive experience, Karen directs the company's financial strategy, plans and operating policies to chart Zeemote's growth.

Prior to joining Zeemote, Karen served as the CFO of Groove Mobile, a venture backed, mobile music company acquired by Livewire Mobile in 2008. At Groove Mobile, she was responsible for financial operations, human resource, legal and administrative functions, as well as overseeing the network operations and datacenter for the mobile music platform. In her role, Karen was recognized for closing $15.5 million of equity financings as well closing a $6 million venture debt financing. She also set up subsidiaries in the UK and People's Republic of China.

Karen previously held senior financial management positions at Be Free, Inc., a publicly traded Internet marketing company, Internet Securities, a venture backed online information service provider, Millipore Corporation and Arthur Andersen.

Karen received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College.
